Ladies Victorian petticoat circa 1890s to 1900s ~ white linen material with lots of nice detailing ~ wide set on waist band on a full cut skirt ~ Bottom layers are trimmed with 3/4" wide tatted flowers and 1.5" of lace and the third row is plain from here there is a added ruffle with lace trim at the hem line ~ Nice Mother of Pearl button at back on the waist- size: medium
