Vintage 1920s Spring and Summer red fabric straw flapper cloche hat with small turned up brim ~ cluster of red cherries and green leaves adorn the right side ~ the fabric material has an iridescence's to it ~ crown has 7 rows of top stitching ~ lined in black material ~ no label ~ brim has interior wire- Measures inside: 22.5" circumference
- Crown: 4.5" tall
- Brim: 1" at the front x 1 1/4 at sides and back
- Cherries: measure 4" x 4" (with out the stems) and about 7" from stem to stem
- Condition: very good wearable condition ~ hat color is slightly faded as are the stems on the cherries ~ stem coverings are coming lose from their wires ~ there are six cherries all total w/ two empty stems (may have been 2 more cherries), four of which have the coverings splitting and two are starting to go (all the pieces are there and can be restored) ~ the lining is in very good condition , no holes or dry rot ~ this is as I found it and all original to the hat ~ the hat is in very good condition ~*~ be sure to check the close up picture to see the cherries
