Titanic era vintage 1913 golden brown beaver fur hat with red brown ostrich feather trim all around the brim ~ Wide grogram ribbon hat band with a bow at one side ~ The feathers encircle the entire brim of the hat ~ Fully lined inside in a black fabric- inside measures: 23 7/8" circumference
- brim: 2.5" wide
- crown: 3.5" tall
- hat band: 3" wide
- condition: very good ~ some minor nap lost top of the crown and brim ~ the grogram ribbon hat band is starting to fray at one area (top) and there is a spot where it is pulling a part (see pic) ~ the top of the hat has a couple of creases that do not go all the way thru but they are there ~ under side of the brim show some areas that have damage, they do not look like bug bites to me but more like areas where a hat pin may have gone thru and wore out the nap (3 or so) ~ I can't be sure ~ I believe I have listed all i can find for damage to the hat ~ You won't be disappointed
