Dinner and cocktails back in the 1940s were an event to the ladies, a chance to dress up and be pretty ~ vintage 1940s black dress with all the layers of the 1940s style ~ set in, open work lace circular collar *scatter rhinestones accent the lace* ~ long sleeve, form fitting bodice and draped skirt ~ font of skirt has a diamond shape at the waist from which hangs scallops of fabric off to the sides *skirt is cut fuller from there with a front kick pleat* ~ back of the skirt has a set on waist band from which hangs three tiers of fabric *first two tiers are ruched at the waist band and the longer layer/drape hangs down to just above the hem* ~ side metal zipper- size: 4
