Black leather high top boots, pointed toes, white lacing and stacked heel ~ Common women of America and the Suffragist movement wore a style unique to their place in society from 1910 to the 1920s ~ cotton twill lined ~ 19 eyelets ~ pointed toes *lots of top stitching* ~ stacked heel ~ white laces original to this pair of boots- Shoes measures outside: 10 1/4" from the tip of the toe to the heel (straight across the bottom)
- Ball: 2 3/4" across the ball of the foot (measured outside)
- Height: 9 3/8" tall ~ measured on the side
- Heel height: 1 3/4" tall
- Info: shoes inside have several stampings, such as 245 ~ 9088 ~ 9215 ~ there is also a circle w/lettering, some of which is difficult to read ~ ?ny and MD ~ this is as close as I can come to reading this block of info, possibly the boot maker
- Condition: very good to excellent used ~ no dry rot or leather cracking ~ soles show signs of normal wear
