- Notes: remember to allow room for under garments when considering the size on the jacket ~ jacket is not lined ~ lower tails are ~ jacket closes with Velcro (this can be removed for snaps) ~ top hat is made of sturdy perma felt and not lined (if the hat is to large a strip of felt can be glued to the inside)~ slacks are recycled vintage 1970s and in excellent condition ~ all other items are new and never worn
