Vintage 1980s black wool brimless hat with a large black tulle decoration across the back (hat is worn tipped forward for a great 1940s look) ~ What's Up Designs Palm Desert CA label ~ small crown with an over lapping detail at the front ~ top of the crown has creased inner edge ~ 3/4" wide single nylon tulle hat band sweep up and around to the back ~ here the tulle gathers into a large decoration with 3 single loops, a rosette and a small feather- size: hat measures inside 21.5" circumference
