~*~ About our Vintage Clothes, Costumes & Antiques ~*~- All items listed on our site are described as accurate as possible. We take great care in our descriptions. ~ We do a complete inspection of vintage clothes for major rips, holes and stains
- All of our vintage items are sent to you clean
- all items are inspected before mailing
- all costumes are inspected for missing parts or major flaws
- costumes sizes are approximate ~ some may need to be adjusted to fit you as you like
- most wigs will need styling ~ care instructions are sent with wigs
~*~ Returns/Refunds Policy ~*~- We will accept postage paid returns after a return merchandise authorization has been obtained via email only
- authorization must be within 24 hours of receipt of shipment
- All returns must reach us within 5 days of authorization ~ after 5 days refunds are not granted
- Merchandise must be in the original packaging and insured for full value
- a 15% restocking fee will be paid by customers on returned items and another 5% if purchased with Credit Cards or Paypal for a total of 20% for returned items
- All items will be inspected for damage upon return ~ If so, other fees may apply ~ items must not be worn or damaged
- customer must pay for all shipping cost ~ shipping cost are non-refundable
- International mail customs charges are the responsibility of the customer
- We are not responsible for any untimely delivery by the USPS, so please be sure to place your order to ensure delivery in time for your event
- All Costume & Wig Sales are
NON-REFUNDABLE / NON RETURNABLE/ NON-EXCHANGEABLE
due to sanitary reasons
- custom made or made to order products are also non returnable
- No returns or refunds on any Layaway payments or sales
- No returns or refunds for any merchandise sold to customers in foreign countries due to customs cost
- No returns or refunds for ebay sales
